How do you keep track of certificates, receipts, and documents after your renovation is done?
Buildapp offers a secure, blockchain-based solution for storing all renovation documents; certificates, warranties, receipts, photos and more, all linked to each property through unique real-estate identifiers (such as Lantmäteriet in Sweden). Both homeowners and contractors can upload and access files directly in the app, ensuring everything is safely stored, easily searchable and permanently tied to the property rather than the individual.
Because all files are verified on the blockchain, they become immutable; a waterproofing certificate, a change-order agreement or any other document cannot be altered afterward. This protects craftsmen from unfounded claims and homeowners from fraudulent or incomplete documentation. Each upload is also timestamped, acting as a digital notary that proves when a document was added and by whom.

Who is behind Buildapp?
Per Osbeck
Per spent over 25 years building brands ; from software design systems and digital clusters for trucks, to global campaigns and outdoor lifestyle storytelling.
For nearly 15 years he was part of Ericsson’s Global Brand Team, where he led the design system development, supported two major rebrands, and built internal creative hubs in India and Hungary.
Earlier, he helped take Houdini Sportswear from a Stockholm basement to a global outdoor icon, and delivered branding projects for Bentley Motors, Volkswagen, Audi, Stoneridge, Nescafé and more.
